-eat raw, juice, macro, sushi, no meat
-go to gym
-meditation and incense
-do not party or drink, (although writing is best the next day)
-no contact with people/ only posi people... stay away from ppl who make you feel pressure or guilt, or even put you down
-minimal/ simplify mind/ surroundings
-save ur energy
-follow intuition
-good lighting helps, clear sunlight or moody lights and studio lights
-meditation for lucid dreaming, talking to spirits/ loved ones
-lil perks to feel cute/ good
-good studio set up
these are really valuable tips for optimal working. when making mommy, these were some practices that my mind and body asked for, it enhanced thinking and happiness, pure/ real etc
