1 c oat milk
3 tbsp chia seeds
2 tbsp cacao
2 tbsp maple syrup
mix oat milk, cacao, and maple syrup together. if you have cacao nibs you will have to break it down in a blender with the liquid mixture or grind it into powder. next, add in the chia seeds until well incorporated. i put this in a glass jar and shake it.
this makes a chia chocolate milk drink, if you want to make pudding, you will have to add more chia.
wait 9 hours and its ready to enjoy
