Juicy Smoothie Recipe

ingredients:
-half pomegranate or fresh or frozen raspberries
-2 tablespoons cacao
-frozen strawberries
-kefir
-oat milk
-honey

optional add ins:
-maca
-cordyceps
-pine pollen
-hemp seeds
-oatmeal
-coconut oil

in a high speed blender, put in a cup of frozen strawberries. the pomegranate seeds or raspberries (this is what makes the flavor and has a nice texture when blended). Add in a kefir and a little oat milk until the mixture is smooth and stiff. enhance it with supplements and garnish with hemp seeds. when i don't want to eat for the rest of the day i'll add oatmeal to the smoothie.
