whose tapes were these and what happened!??

i cant believe i found these tapes scattered on the street.

they're taiwanese chinese pop ballads from the 90s... someone's collection they had brought when they immigrated to the us, i believe, bc there are all these learning english tapes and surviving in the us cassettes sprinkled in the mix

i also found a pack of cigarettes in the cab
