there are a million ingredients and a lot of these things can be optional, its just what i was craving today.
4 the pickles
1 c acv
1/4 c brown sugar
3 tablespoon kosher salt
1 red onion
2 cucumber
herbs, szechuan peppercorn (optional)
on a stove, bring acv, sugar, and salt to a boil
meanwhile, wash and slice cucumbers and onion to fit in a glass jar
4 the dressing
erivan or greek yogurt
1/2 lemon
splash olive oil
some feta (optional)
thyme (optional)
mix all these in a cup, this is the dressing
4 the inside
sprouts!
boston lettuce or salad mix
tomato
xtra firm tofu
liquid aminos
wash everything and drain.
the tofu i like to cut in triangles. which is totally pointless. so lay it flat, cut a diagonal, then put it on its side and slice it in two or thirds. now in a sKilLe7, kinda fry the tofu and splash with liquid aminos
4ssembly
bread, i like to get a healthy bread thats soft, i always want to try ancient grains bread if you see it, get it.
now time to assemble.
toast ur bread and spread dressing on the bread
then add everything but make it nice and the salad greens flat
make everything look cute and enjoy!
it's kind of missing something but i'm not sure what
